Marjorie Heinrich is an experienced and highly regarded Bay Area trial attorney, having spent the first 21 years of her career defending individuals and companies sued in civil lawsuits. Ms. Heinrich has tried several cases to verdict, and was honored by the San Francisco Trial Lawyer’s Association as the 2007 Defense Attorney of the Year. Ms. Heinrich has been representing plaintiffs since joining the Dolan Law Firm in January 2008. Her vast experience as a civil defense attorney gives her invaluable insight to the defense perspective in civil litigation. Marjorie’s civil practice has included wrongful death actions, catastrophic motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents, products liability, severe dog bite and dog related accidents, brain injuries, sporting accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, reflex sympathetic dystrophy/complex regional pain syndrome claims, employment discrimination and many other complex actions.
